What is ambiversion?

I know for me it depends on the situation. At work my role called on me to be an extrovert but I needed time alone at home to recharge.

As an ambivert, I believe it should be categorized as a scale, with many variations in-between. This is the same as human sexuality. If folks on either extreme understood this, there would be less problems in the world.
