The verse "Man that is born of a woman is of a few days, and full of trouble" is from which Bible book?

As a Muslim I have no idea about that

sometimes it's hard to forgive, especially if that person is full of cruel intent.

You cannot have peace without forgiveness ,and the anger that you feel because the the injustice is like a hot coal in your hand that burns only you .Let it go and forgive .
