What is "Makaton"?

Wow I've learnt something new , what a wonderful legacy to give .

I knew this cos I used to do it, it's a precursor to sign language. meaning it's a basic sign language, without all the complicated bits

Goodboy, our nursery teaches it to babies and children before they can talk and they learn it easily and can communicate effectively. It's great.

I taught it in a school with children with special needs it was very effective 👌

I'm not good at a language system

In Australia I learned Auslan.
