You can't beat the warm sound of a vinyl record.

No idea but Vinyl was the past. Now it’s the Future! Everyone wants their Vinyl back, including me! One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was selling my collection but it took up too much room, used to love coloured vinyl and my Iron Maiden picture discs were works of art, used to love the sleeve notes and the fact that you didn’t need a magnifying glass to read the lyrics! 😃

This was a good question. Interesting.

'if you could measure ':
of course you can measure. assuming you are measuring the midpoint, otherwise pedantic people would suggest it has the same problem as measuring a coastline, which again is pedantic. Also, it can be calculated, there is a formula for the length of a spiral with equal radial difference.

Interestingly, the speed of the vinyl past the stylus at the edge is about 20 inches per second, whereas near the centre it’s about 8 inches per second… better fidelity at the edge.
