What is the name of the country music singer in the photo?

I grew up singing along to Slim with my Dad. Legend. My favourite is his rendition of Patterson's The Man from Snowy River, a bush poem that he transformed into a bush ballad.

Good bloke Slim,humble and not pretentious. His wife Joy was nice too. They lived near us at Turramurra (Sydney). The tune from a pub with no beer was Beautiful Dreamer written by Stephen Foster.
