Which is the flower shown in the picture?

I live in Washington where there are literal forests of rhodies along parts of the coast. Everyone has them in their yards, and the eruption of color when they bloom is stunning!

Player #24358685, You just need the right soil. They don't grow in my area of England because of that, but elsewhere in the same country, they are fine.
