Baby formula needs to be mixed with water, so what water was available was used to even further dilute baby formula causing worse health issues in infants then existed prior to Nestlé baby formula. This is the problem when outsiders try to solve the problem of others without realizing the actual situation and speaking to the people who have the problem. Trust me I’m from deep pockets or the government and I’m here to help only to end up doing more damage.
