Where are these unusual rocks located?

They do look like part of the White Cliffs of Dover.

I live right by Old Harry Rocks and they're actually named after our local legendary pirate Harry Paye! Never heard about the devil being called Old Harry! It is a beautiful spot... I feel very blessed to live here.
