What dictates the sex of a green sea turtle?

Okay...below 82 degrees, male and above 88 degrees, female...what happens between 82 and 88 degrees, a little bit of both??

I knew this was the case with alligators, but didn't know about sea turtles and iguanas. I also hadn't considered that climate change might be affecting the process. If this was happening with humans, our male leaders might be clamoring to solve the problem.

This makes sense from a species population point, 1 male could mate with several females to continues the species. Genetic diversity being sacrificed over the population continuation.
