Which US city calls itself the "Grape Pie Capital of the World"?

I chose majority.....and lost. I should've known it was some place back east

Lived outside of Rochester, NY for 9 years. Grape pies are fantastic! The Finger Lakes are a must visit for any wine aficionados. P.S. Welch's also gets much if their juice from the grape region along Lake Erie from Hamburg, NY to Erie, PA.
