The word that some people say at that end of a statement that I really hate is " innit"
It means "isn't it" but more often than not, those words wouldn't be appropriate in any case.

Re the above 'so debate': Thus... may one suggest an alternative/synonym no less displeasing perhaps for 'so'? or how about 'whence' or 'wherein', 'thereof, it follows...' And, there are plenty more contenders, such that 'so' ...might just do the job after all ;-)) So, (sigh...) thou art forgiven, after all (heh heh).
