The only chili I like is white chicken chili. Although, I’ve been told it doesn’t count as real chili.

chili now means different things to different people. originally from mesoamerican staples chili is spicy peppers ,still is according to Mexican folks, who use them in very many excellent dishes including chili beans

I see pinto beans on that plate. along with the fritos scoops, and all the rest of the visible ingredients,it's what many would refer to as loaded nachos. not chilli by Texas standards.
