Father Zosima is a protagonist of Dostoevsky's "The Karamazov Brothers". What is his vision of hell?

I read it many years ago. I hadn't realized that the book is COMEDY! Satirical, maybe, but everybody speaks so seriously about it, I expected it to be very serious and hard to read. I was surprised to find it an entertaining and enjoyable read. Then I read Crime And Punishment, which sounds very serious, but again is COMEDY. Read both of them - they're very enjoyable.

Such a profound ideology that needs to continue to be explored in todays world, especially to examine and understand racism and intolerance between peoples of different cultures and beliefs.
