Which fictional character was raised by a wolf pack?

I named my female Caliby cat Mowgli, after the Jungle Boy because she COULD NOT stay still! She'd launch herself across the living room from the top of the cat condo.

The book of (Joseph) Ruthyard Kippling about Mowgli ( & Riki Tiki Tavi ,Warrior Mongoose) was the book that led me into a lifelong love of reading when still a little girl 💖

every time I met a person who was rude, I would ask them if they were raised by wolves.
