the answer is wrong. Radiation Oncologist is responsible for ordering a Radiation Therapy. Radiologist is only responsible for ordering regular x-ray. Two completely different responsibilities. I've been a Radiation Therapist for 26 years and I know this for a fact.

theis answer is WRONG!!! Radiologists use radiological imaging...xray, ct etc...to diagnose, to perform interventions. RADIATION ONCOLOGISTS administer radiotherapy. STRIKE THIS BLOODY QUESTION PLEASE!!!

Persepolis, radiologist do the reporting for all scans... like MRI CT scan USG x-ray etc.... they are the backbone of the medical family... without radiologist we cannot perform surgery or therapy
