I've seen many doc's on the Emperor Penguin and didn't know, until one time the penguins wondered into camp, that they are about 4 feet tall! They were curious and went to check out those strange people.

Dolphins and monkeys commit rape, sometimes resulting in the death (murder) of the victim.
Monkeys also deliberately murder and engage in wars (killing individuals or large groups of other monkeys of the same species for no reason. The cleared territory is never retained and no resources taken.)
Plus several species injure members of their own and other species, apparently for fun.
