Which of these is an apartment on the highest floor of a building often with terrace space?

moving on up, to a deluxe appartment in the sky.....

Looks so beautiful! penthouses! but uhh! don't want to be living in an apartment! wish they had houses that looked like penthouses! oh my!

I keep getting hints but nowhere am I told how to get and use them.
