What is the name of the activity in the picture?

I don't know. Walking around with poles? My neighbor does this. It always looks like he is going skiing, but without snow. Plus, he has this smug look on his face like he thinks he's better than everyone. When in actual fact, the rest of us are thinking of throwing something at him. He also wears a Spandau Ballet tee shirt.

Never knew there were so many names for walking. I just call it walking that’s less stessful
