Cremini are the juvenile stage of which mushroom?

They are the same species as white/button mushrooms; and in fact are the original "wild" colour, the white form was introduced in 1925 from a chance mutation in a mushroom farm and soon became the predominant crop.

I think they're known as chestnut mushrooms in the UK.
