I know them as Cybies, Scallions or Spring Onions, but mostly Cybies.

Blooply, Not in the US cooking shows I've watched which is the only reason I got it cos they were calling them scallions and cutting up spring onions, same goes for aragula and cilantro - the rest of the world calls them rocket and coriander.
