Which of these is a lower garment forming part of the national or ethnic costume in the Indian subcontinent?

the formal dhoti is called kachche panche( ಕಚ್ಚೆ ಪಂಚೆ) and informal dhoti is called lungi or lungi panche ( ಲುಂಗಿ ಪಂಚೆ)

It's a good look for a man. Classic but comfortable.

Ethnic Costume. I don't think that the Indian people would call it that
