Simply stretch your heel outward and your toes toward your shin for 10 seconds before getting out of bed and a couple times a day and you shall be healed. I’ve had this many times and it always works.

Stretching works but so does rolling your foot on a frozen water bottle really helps & feels good.

I have had this condition a few times. I have it right now! 😳 Very painful. I got a cortisone shot a couple of days ago. It helped!

Man, I completely tore my plantar fascia in my left foot...I heard a loud pop, and then pure agony. Very painful.

I ended up having a steroid injection in my heel, worked a treat, had pain for 8 months, nothing helped., could have sliced open my heel the pain was that bad.

Player #9181625, thanks for the tip. I'm trying it right now .I try soaking my feet in hot water all the time but does not help. Hopefully this does the trick.
