Who is the Brazilian Formula One driver in this picture?

luckycatfay, I remember the accident very well. I'm a big fan of F1. That weekend that he died, on the Saturday during qualifying another driver called Roland Rattzenburger died after crashing, then on during the race on Sunday Ayrton Senna died. So tragic.

Saw him win the British Grand Prix in 1988.
