Where is the Carpathian mountain range?

My grandpa was born in the foothills of the Tatras mountains in a small village called Lapsanka.

My father was a Vampire. They make great parents, but they are never around in the day.

I've been to these mountains on the Polish side and got the question wrong. I confused my self with Carthage... Oops
