Which is the wild sheep shown in the picture?

My Mom had a coat from the 1940's that seemed like heavy fur but she said was mouton lamb. I wonder if I misunderstood her and he meant mouflon lamb? Looks similar. I hope no sheep or lambs were killed to make it.

Proud to have this rare ancient animal as my country's national animal!
