Which of the following is a century egg?

These eggs were presented to me as a delicacy in China; however, they smelled so bad that I could not bring myself to taste them.

Just looking at the picture, there's NO WAY I would eat that!! YUCK!!

I wonder who first thought of doing that and why????¿

I've eaten one. It was absolutely revolting. And yes, it tasted of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. Funny thing though. I got a strong feeling of well being afterwards. Especially when my mate handed me the hundred $$ he bet that I couldn't eat it. There's your "century"!
