I think they have it better than the homeless do in other so called super-power countries where the homeless live under bridges in dumpsters in the bushes along the roads. No showers toilets, begging outside of supermarkets for food.

When I was visiting Japan there was no such thing as welfare. There were a little old ladies in kimonos wiping down railings in the subway.

Sadly, people here, in the United States treat homeless people with disdain. I'm grateful that I am not homeless, but the homeless come from many walks of life.
