I’ve suffered from severe depression. I went through Anorexia, Insomnia and developed social disorders. My esteem was so low. And the only thing I would do is study and play video games. That lasted for 4 years until I travelled to Russia for the first time and got sick heavily with the H1N1 flu which cost my life almost. Ever since, I have been seeing life from a different aspect and became happy with the tiniest things. Problems are non stop, but life is small. Learn to live life at it’s best and don’t waste it for the sake of others. You are amazing and you matter! Remember to Stay hydrated from time to time it’s important 😌❤️

Interestingly, I drink coffee (all day), drink alcohol (sometimes all day), and smoke cigarettes (all day). And here I thought the problem with greeting to sleep was because of this addictive game. lol
