Which person would tell that the glass in the picture is half empty?

The glass is twice the size it needs to be.

For me, it depends on the circumstances. If I only poured into the glass half way then it is half full, if the glass were full and then I drank from it, it is half empty.

I'm afraid I am the ultimate pessimist

a glass half full of barium when you go for an x-ray is definitely optimistic!
