Also, if you love peanut butter on your apples, try dipping them with the skin side, Not the cut side. It sticks much better!!

Try dusting cinnamon on the cut side. It works very well, preserves the apple for a long time and tastes delicious. Kids aren't too keen on the lemon taste. You can rinse the cinnamon off or make a very thin slice to remove the cinnamon for sensitive pallettes! Cinnamon preserved apples are automatically ready for morning oatmeal. 🙂
