What is the popular name to Chopin's 'Valse du petit chien' (Waltz of the little dog)?

Contrary to popular belief, the word "minute" does not refer to the length of the piece which is impossible to play in 60 seconds but to the diminutive size of the dog so the word should be pronounced mine yout as in tiny.
