Which country is estimated to have the most islands in the world?

I am surprised that the number of islands that countries have is not known for sure, it seems the number given are all estimates and how is it possible that an additional 534 islands were discovered in the Phillipines in 2016?

First question which majority got wrong. This game gets tricky.
