In Persian, beh ( quince) is an autumn fruit from which jam is made, and its seeds also have healing properties.

Never had the raw fruit. Great fan of the preserves.

You can find it in the most countrys in Balkan. It is delicious to eat raw as well, not only baked or preserved as jam. Love the smell and the taste of this fruit.
