I've seen people talk on their cellphone in the stores and not paying attention at the register, and everywhere. I've seen employees do it too when they are supposed to assist me and they are busy grabbing away and I have to walk away instead

Yes, my sister-in-law had to reprimand my niece for "phubbing" her.
She did it just before I did it myself.
