What is the function of the sinus node in your body?

So funny I picked makes mucus I never heard of this term before

Have had a pacemaker for 30 years and still managed to get this wrong 😆

sinus? i think its related about nose

Did not know this. But thinking about it, on TV medical shows when the doctors are shocking people, they do often say things like, "He's back in sinus!" suddenly it makes sense!
