In Israel, on which day of the week is the cholent stew traditionally eaten by Jewish people?

In Hungary we eat a version of it called sólet, usually not giving much thought for it being kosher, so it's often made with smoked ham or cured sausage and it's marvellous. A canned version of it was one of the staple foods of my childhood, never even tasted homemade sólet before I was around 25.

Can you pass ketchup on the Sabbath?🤔
