Where is the Peter and Paul Fortress located?

I am wondering why is the names and connections to (Peter and Paul ) not explained here. There isn’t even a hint about the names. Peter and Paul and (Mary) was an American folk’s singing group in the 60’s & 70’s. ! ! !
