Based on data in 2010 and reported in 2021, which country is listed as the leading plastic polluter?

From studies circulated recently, India, China and Brazil are the top ocean polluters. The USA is pretty bad too, just overshadowed by them. Japan and Canada would perform a lot better, if not for their terribly polluting fishing industries that move them up the list. Every business and country needs to do better. We don't want rivers that fish can't live in, beaches covered in garbage, a sea full of nets, and microplastics in our bodies.
