now this is interesting. That means the New Zealand kauri tree has surpassed the answer for the oldest tree in the world. Wish I could remember the answer to that one.

41.400 years ago... just another example of how small and meaningless we truly are. always worrying and fussing about stuff that seems so important. but just think about it for a moment. what is your biggest problem right now? school? work? relationships? health? think about this problem in the future, will it be there tomorrow? next week? in a month? will it concern you in a view years? Now think about the millions of people who lived before you, live with you and will live after you. think about their problems. do you know them? do they bother you? after your death people will mourn you. they will grieve about you for a month or two, maybe a year. but slowly their sadness will fade. slowly they will forget about you. years will pass and they will pass with them. maybe they will tell their kids about you. maybe their kids will remember you. but after the death of their kids nobody will remember you. Cause let's be honest, you don't even know the names of you great grandparents either. so nobody will remember you. nobody will notice your grave among the thousands of others. So what's the point of you problems and worries?
