In the novel "The Three Musketeers", what did Queen Anne present to the Duke of Buckingham?

The 1974/75 Richard Lester adaptation is the best, IMO. He split the book into 2 films and kept to the book better than any other adaptation. It's worth your time if you haven't seen it.

The Three Muskateers is an interesting book. I do recommend Reading it!
