Which apparatus is used to take care of premature babies?

I was a preemie...I'm 66 now...I'm grateful for the care. but I didnt find this out until I was in my 50s..

I had pre term baby. She was in incubator for some time. She'll be 40 soon but she still is my little baby

my son was born premature but the doctors did the miracle and he is a live today I'm really really great full for what they did
