To which order do black grouses belong?

I loved the sequence on Bill Oddie's TV series, about this bird, cos he described their fighting technique as 'fighting with handbags at dawn' Always backing off, but coming back for more.. tell me I'm right?

Kiwozzie, don't you know anything, males, birds in particular don't care for their young.. nope it's nearly always down to the female of the species

At least the father could bring mother some food while she is sitting on the eggs!
