On which river does the English city of Nottingham stand?

I live by the Trent it is great to see the changes it goes through during each season, the flooding is a problem but then the people that are continually dumping rubbish in the river need to think about the repercussions on the wildlife.

Is this why they call it seven Trent?

Trent End is the name of the end of Nottingham Forest’s football (and I mean football) ground in Westbridgeford closet to the river Trent.

Misleading picture. Unless Slab Square is artificially flooded there can never be a reflection of the Town Hall in water.

I used to kayak on this river as a school child. We made the kayaks in school out of fibreglass and had a store for them near Colwick Hall. Nottingham Forest's stand near the river is called the "Trent End".
