Player #29487352, yes I quite agree with you, and the way some people 'celebrated' her death, I can even remember some man on the TV singing to 'ding dong the witch's dead', I was ashamed to be an human being... and he wasn't even old enough to remember Margaret Thatcher! must've been in his 30's I reckon.

By 1987 unemployment had increased to 3.5 million the highest figure since 1945 and highest unemployment since then in percentage to present year 2021. Margaret Thatcher's policies caused such hardship to many. Sad really as it was a great achievement becoming first female prime minister.
