What is the name of this Mexican rice-based drink?

Otto, geez I thought China was based for killing endangered species for medicine, but to kill such a majestic beast just to make a drink from is nuts is astounding. (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

You can find it at Mexican restaurants and some fast food restaurants. It’s cheaper in the grocery store. There it’s available in a powder form or in the refrigerated dairy section in a carton or plastic container.
