In which country is Venetian glass (or Murano glass) made?

I love Murano glass. I have several pieces. I'll be visiting Venice in 2022 and I hope to purchase a special piece.

So Venetian glass is actually made in... Venice?

Lovely artistic creations ! I have some of their pieces.

I went to Murano on a school trip back in the early 80's. it was fascinating to watch them making the blown glass. I still have the few pieces I bought.
