I was also in fifth grade at a Catholic school in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦, it was announced on the PA system and our teacher started to cry. It was a very sad time and I think the world mourned. Who knew that in five years time Robert Kennedy would also be assassinated.

His assassination was committed by the military, CIA, FBI and other politicians. The records of the whole investigation are still sealed to this day. Why would that be unless the guilty were afraid of them being made public? The conspirators will all be dead when those files can be opened.

I was in Mrs. Burns' 2nd grade class when we got the news. A black and white TV was brought into our classroom and we all watched the news. Mrs. Burns wrote the word "assassination" on the board and told us to learn its spelling and meaning. it was a very sad day.
