In which city is the English Football Hall of Fame located?

Don't know much about football as played in Europe, but learning thanks to Quizzland.

As I've played soccer on the beaches and in the streets of Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil and Costa Rica, I still want to visit England and Germany and play in their streets with kids as well!
