What is an international competition for disabled athletes using bionic assistive technology?

Never have heard of this! cool!!! it's nice that they include different people in everything! so that no one feels left out! it's very nice for diversity! in anything! diversity is good! because not everyone looks the same! ya know! and someone with a bionic ligament! might not see other people! with that! so a cybathlon! is perfect! for a person with a bionic ligament to see someone look like them! compete! in something! that's nice!
