Which phenomenon is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets?

Lois, I always thought rainbows were pretty, but I've only found them truly awe-inspiring since I've come to understand them not as some contrived decoration, but as a natural, physical phenomenon (which still looks pretty).
